This role will focus on identifying and attracting senior-level engineering talent while partnering closely with leadership to build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be able to create outcomes across the engineering organization by driving visibility, deep leader partnership and strong candidate attraction and activation strategies. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
