Responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies to promote the hospital's brand, disseminate information to internal stakeholders, and maintain a positive public image by collaborating with various departments to create compelling content, coordinate media relations, and engage with internal audiences through various communication channels.
Does this position require Patient Care? No Essential Functions -Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the hospital's goals and objectives. -Collaborate with the community relations team to support community engagement efforts and enhance the hospital's public image within the community. -Identify target audiences and determine appropriate communication channels to effectively reach and engage internal stakeholders. -Serve as a primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate media relations activities. -Write press releases, media advisories, and other media-related materials to share hospital news, events, and initiatives. -Create compelling and informative content for internal communication channels, such as the hospital website, blog, newsletters, and social media platforms. -Manage the hospital's social media presence and engage with internal audiences through platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. -Monitor and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages received through social media channels and other digital communication platforms.
