Are you an experienced driver ready to hit the road and stay close to home? We're hiring a Local Non-CDL Driver in Lacey, WA to operate box trucks, sprinter vans, and stake beds on local delivery routes. If you've got a clean driving record, attention to detail, and a knack for delivering excellent service, this role could be the perfect next step in your driving career.

Pay & Schedule:

Hourly Pay: $23-$25 (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay Structure: Paid hourly and weekly

What You'll Do:



  • Drive local routes (approx. 80% of your day)
  • Load/unload electrical components like boxes, pipe, wire reels, pallets, and containers
  • Use a pallet jack for handling materials
  • Capture delivery photos, collect proof of delivery, and interact with customers
  • Navigate stairs as needed and lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Wear required PPE: steel-toed shoes, company-issued shirt, hard hat, safety vest, and pants



What You'll Need:



  • 2+ years of driving experience (box truck/similar vehicles)
  • Clean MVR and ability to pas pre-employment screenings
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency
  • Great customer service and time management skills
