Location: Los Angeles, CA
Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Employment Type: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Overview:
Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking an
industry experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up. Experience in the food manufacturing industry and knowledge of ERP is strongly preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities including but are not limited to:
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution and communication
Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP system
Monitor delivery timelines and proactively escalate any delays that may impact customer delivery expectations
Support the Sales team with customer data, account setup, and documentation
Manage product returns and process credit memos promptly
Provide exceptional support in areas such as billing, order status, and general troubleshooting
Maintain and update customer information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Generate and provide customer-related reports as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, ideally in the food manufacturing industry
High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry
Proven ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in computer systems; solid IT skills and ability to work with ERP systems are essential
