Hours & Pay:

Pay Range: $15.56 - $16.38 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday
• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble products using packaging materials and labeling equipment to prepare finished goods
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards; report any defects
• Use RF scanners and a Pick to Light System to fulfill and verify orders accurately
• Pack items securely, seal cartons, and apply accurate labels and documentation
• Palletize, restock, and assist in shipping and receiving operations
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and maintain an organized work area
• Follow ISO/TL9000 guidelines and maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards
• Operate warehouse tools and equipment such as tape dispensers, hand trucks, and labeling software

What You Bring to the Table:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable with warehouse physical demands, including bending, reaching, and maneuvering around pallets
• Experience using RF scanners and basic computer skills
• High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or retail is a plus
