Step into a vital role where your skills in analyzing, scheduling, and managing weekly production plans help meet customer demand efficiently and cost-effectively. If you're detail-oriented, experienced with ERP systems, and enjoy collaborating across departments, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact on the supply chain.

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay: $25/hr

Responsibilities:



  • Analyze and adjust supply plans within the monthly SIOP process
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and customer service teams
  • Monitor production schedules and raw material availability to prevent delays
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to verify data accuracy and component readiness
  • Optimize weekly production planning to maximize output and meet delivery deadlines
  • Communicate supply issues clearly and suggest proactive solutions
  • Maintain timely and accurate updates in ERP systems like Sage, SAP, or Oracle



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or a related field
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and strong Excel skills
  • Experience in Pharma, Nutraceutical, or Food manufacturing preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, team-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
