Hours & Pay:



  • Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Pay Rate: $32.00 - $35.00/hr, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Develop and write CNC programs using software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or SolidCAM
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications
  • Set up CNC mills, lathes, and troubleshoot issues during test runs
  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to refine and optimize processes
  • Revise programs based on engineering updates or production feedback
  • Perform first article inspections and support quality assurance activities
  • Maintain a well-organized CNC program library and documentation



What You Bring to the Table:



  • Proven CNC Programming experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of G-code, machining processes, and tooling
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and interpreting complex technical drawings
  • Solid understanding of GD&T standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently both independently and with a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree or trade certification in CNC or manufacturing technology
  • Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC equipment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
