Bilingual Production Supervisor

Staffmark is hiring a Bilingual Production Supervisor on behalf of a leading textile manufacturer in Monroe, NC. Textile industry experience is highly preferred. Candidates with a background in textiles will be prioritized due to the specialized nature of this production environment.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule: Train on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift

Hours: Monday - Friday | 3:15 PM - 11:15 PM

As the Bilingual Production Supervisor, you'll lead daily operations across the manufacturing floor-managing teams, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and productive workplace. Your bilingual communication skills will be key in guiding diverse teams and facilitating cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Textile manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
