Position Summary: The Training Coordinator supports the delivery of experiences and solutions that make learning, professional growth, and organizational transformation possible. This role will provide administrative & coordination support to the learning & organizational development team. The Training Coordinator organizes, schedules, and plans learning events, creates course materials, procures supplies, and prepares notifications. The Coordinator manages training tracking through the Learning Management System and maintains training records. The Coordinator conducts data entry, data analysis, and creates training reports as needed. Your work will ensure we deliver the Learner Experience expected from the world's leading nutrition, health, and wellness company. Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all logistical requirements for events such as corporate training programs including registration, room and conference space reservation, food & beverage selection, audiovisual coordination, rooming list management, ground transportation and activity coordination. Provide support to facilitators and trainers as required
- Assist with the management of POs, invoices, and chargebacks for the L&D team
- Maintain complete records of all events related transactions, collaterals, and materials
- Provide support for event set up, management and breakdown. To include prepping event material, setting up the classroom (when applicable), working with AV and facilities to check the room and ensure readiness for the facilitator and managing the room cleanup of materials following the event
- Provide second tier learner support, troubleshoot issues including course functionality, completion status and transcript issues. Identify the best resolution and research alternative resolutions, engaging providers as needed
- Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) to make training courses available to learners, schedule courses, track completion of courses and maintain employee transcripts
- Build deployment/implementation plans intended to meet launch dates, which incorporate adequate time for building, testing and validating components of the solution
- Liaise with third party vendors to ensure compliance with Service Agreements
- Respond to any Legal, Governmental or Audit requests for training-related information in a timely and confidential manner
- Purchase training supplies and manage stock on hand
- Maintain and publish training schedule and or calendar
Experience & Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or related experience and training
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Experience managing POs and invoices preferred
- 1 year of proven success in administrative role
Skills:
- Experience with the use of databases to support training and skill progression is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in working with all levels of organization
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated Time and Project management experience required
