We're looking for a Finance Operations Business Analyst to join Procore's Finance Transformation group. In this role, you will be a critical liaison between our business stakeholders and our technical teams focused on our quote to cash applications, ensuring that we are developing and implementing processes and solutions that effectively address business needs and drive our company forward. The Finance Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding, analyzing, and documenting business processes and requirements. You will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure that project outcomes align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making. This position reports into the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation and will be based out of our Austin office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:

Base Pay Range $71,552 - $98,384. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
