The impact you'll make:

Reporting to a Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading a segment of High-Volume North America Talent Acquisition, ensuring the region is focused on acquiring talent for current and future business needs. You will lead and manage a team of TA Specialists in all aspects of high-volume hourly recruitment. You will be accountable for the delivery of Regional TA staffing metrics, processes, programs, and goals. You'll have the opportunity to implement innovative approaches to high volume recruiting that will increase overall organizational bench strength and foster a strategic recruiting partnership across North America.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, develop, and scale a Talent Acquisition team focused on high-volume hourly hiring, setting weekly goals and holding the team accountable for performance
  • Optimize and manage the Workday ATS and our AI platform, Paradox, including chatbot Miles, to improve speed, efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Manage the applicant lifecycle of select roles from the sourcing of candidates through the application; interviewing, offer letter process, and on-boarding.
  • Introduce and implement recruiting best practices, emerging techniques, and industry trends to strengthen the department
  • Continuously identify and execute process improvement/creating efficiencies and tools to enhance the TA experience for both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for building a best in class candidate experience, while upholding a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Ensure all North America TA processes are integrated effectively with related HR processes and executed in a timely manner.
  • Develop strategies for career events, conferences, and community job fairs; participates as appropriate.
  • Leverage data and key performance indicators to measure results, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provides recruitment counsel, partnership, and guidance to functional Business Unit leaders regarding marketplace employment trends, competitive insights, skills/talent pipelines, interview processes, and assessment methods
  • Effectively implement TA processes in accordance with best practices, policies, EEO, OFCCP, and other legal requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+years' experience in recruitment and/or HR
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Proven successful experience recruitment for a high-volume hourly workforce.
  • Strong business partnership skills, with experience collaborating effectively with both HR and Operations teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership abilities; able to coach, develop, and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail; structured and process-driven.
  • Resourceful problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
  • Passionate "people person" who enjoys building relationships and providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ability to produce results in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Strong knowledge of EEO, OFCCP, and employment experience
  • WorkDay Recruitment and/or Paradox experience a plus.

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $90,000 - $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
