Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients. Verify vehicle identification. Enter basic vehicle identification information into the database. Inspect vehicle equipment and options and document results. Assess any exterior vehicle damage. Inspect and document the condition of vehicle interior, tires, frame and mechanical components. Complete and verify data entry in support of documentation of vehicle condition. Write electronic condition report (ECR) on a variety of accounts. Maintain knowledge of system capabilities, knowledge of needed/job-relevant software packages, and web-based applications. Utilize ECR equipment (Brick, PC, Terminal or PT) correctly describing both damage and equipment. Ability to take multiple, overall, and damage photos, match them to vehicle, and download to server. Able to quickly adapt and implement changes in account specific frame policies, account specific needs, new inspection types. Perform and document walk around inspections in support of online vehicle exchange (OVE) process. Review completed vehicle condition reports with inspectors confirm and provide advice regarding report results. Attend meetings to share and receive job-related information and complete training requirements. Driving to out of the gate locations to perform condition reports. Could drive up to 75% or more depending on the schedule. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; OR 7 years' experience in a related field Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. Preferred: Vision abilities include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Good organizational skills. Ability to multitask, follow directions and take instruction required. USD 19.38 - 29.09 per hour Compensation: Hourly base pay rate is $19.38 - $29.09/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
