Nursing Student PCA Emergency Room PRN

Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care to patients considering the special needs of pediatric and geriatric patients when indicated, assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse of the team/and or unit.

Essential Duties:

• Personal hygiene
• Routine vital signs
• Routine care
• Documentation of patient care in EMR based on scope of practice

Requirement:

• Kentucky State Registry (Nurse Aide Certification) or completed fundamental nursing course required.
• Must be enrolled in a nursing program.
