Your Title: Software Engineer - Full Stack (C#/.NET/JavaScript) w/AI

Job Location: Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO (Preferred)

Our Department: Viewpoint

What You Will Do

In an era where intelligent automation is paramount, this role is crucial in leveraging your full-stack expertise to integrate AI capabilities into our enterprise solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications, ensuring seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems, with a focus on incorporating agentic AI and conversational platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio. This enables us to empower leading construction companies to rapidly prototype, refine, validate, and scale highly desirable AI agent behaviors and interactive delivery models to enterprise scale within weeks, transforming how work gets done. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between advanced AI models and practical, user-friendly applications, driving innovative business models through intelligent agents that can autonomously interact with, analyze, and optimize customer engagement and business operations.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Full Stack Development Expertise: Extensive experience in full stack development, including C#/.NET for back-end services and JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for front-end development.

  • Scalable Systems Architecture: Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles applied to building scalable, robust, and secure enterprise applications.

  • API Design & Integration: Proficient in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and other web services to support complex application functionalities.

  • Database Management: Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including database design, querying, and optimization.

  • DevOps & Cloud Deployment: Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment of full-stack applications.

  • AI Knowledge & Application:

    • Solid understanding of generative AI models (e.g., GPT, VAE, GANs) and deep learning techniques, with an emphasis on applying this knowledge to integrate sophisticated agent behaviors, natural language understanding, and dynamic conversational flows into full-stack applications.

    • Experience with agentic prompt engineering and optimizing few-shot techniques to define and enhance the autonomous behavior, decision-making capabilities, and goal-oriented interactions of large language model-powered agents within platforms like Copilot Studio.

    • Ability to evaluate and fine-tune agentic LLM behaviors (zero-shot and few-shot capabilities) and conversational flows, ensuring robust task generalization, transparent agent actions, and seamless integration and performance within interactive applications.

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI Expertise, including Azure Open AI, OpenAI Studio, GPT-3/4, for integrating and deploying AI capabilities. Demonstrated ability to integrate Copilot Studio agents with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources via Power Automate and custom connectors.
