What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our Operational Services Team! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at one of our many offices. GFT Shared Service Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, IT Services and Marketing & Communications, are essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations. Shared Services are part of a broader strategy to transform the business and improve efficiency. The support of this amazing team of professionals, is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services. What you'll be challenged to do: The Office Operations Manager will be challenged to lead and manage all Office Operation's Regional Managers, as well as assisting Corporate Real Estate Leader in meeting operational goals and metrics. Additionally, they will collaborate on best practices with other Shared Service teams and identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost savings, and implement initiatives to achieve these objectives. The Office Operations Manager oversees the overall Office Operation's administrative team consisting of more than 30 people that support over 100 office locations nationwide. Compensation: The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location. Featured Benefits:
