Strategic Responsibilities (20%)

  • Stay updated on evolving business strategies and leadership capabilities.
  • Define program objectives and establish a roadmap strategy within the leadership capability area.
  • Manage the overall strategy of leadership programs to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Strategic communications partnership with vendor, alignment with team and approval process.

Operational Responsibilities (70%)

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of leadership capability programs, updating them in coordination with respective Leadership Business Partners (LBPs) in alignment with the team and L&D strategy.
  • List management including exceptional Excel skill capabilities with attention to detail, (Ie; pivot tables) working with the Learning data solutions team.
  • Standardized testing of virtual platforms, registration sites, and people management mailbox.
  • Standard operations procedure development, for all components of the Coaching for Performance Continuum.
  • Maintain the leadership capability portfolio/programs based on guidance from Leadership PM and LBPs to ensure offerings are current and relevant.
  • Statement of work submissions and filing.
  • Track and manage the allocated budget for programs.
  • Develop deployment plans/schedules for assigned areas based on demand and any urgent priorities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of leadership training programs and collaborate with Leadership PM and LBPs for support.

External Representation & Partnership (10%)

  • Support liaison work with PM with Design and Development team resources to design and deliver high-quality learning solutions while ensuring standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Experience and Enablement team to fulfill all development, content delivery support, and LMS requirements.
  • Work together with Leadership PM and LBPs and the Leadership Lead to plan, implement, and manage projects according to the strategic demand plan for L&D.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is from $63.00 to $66.36 per hr. and will vary based on relevant experience.
