The Opportunity

Our focus is developing AI technologies for text, image, and videos to boost creativity.

We're seeking an outstanding ML engineer with deep expertise in generative AI technologies. This is a chance to create a huge impact in a fast-paced, startup-like environment in a great company. Join us!

The position involves system design, ML model assessment, data pipeline optimization, visualization creation, and GPU efficiency improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • You'll train and finetune ML models that solve business use cases and handle data at scale.
  • You will profile GPU utilization, trace inference and training runs and help craft strategies for optimizing our ML model latency.
  • We'll work together to architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, ensuring they're scalable, efficient, and robust.
  • You'll dive deep into data to recommend the right models, evaluation metrics, and governance approaches.
  • Throughout the product lifecycle, you'll engage in architecture, design, deployment, and optimizations of ML models and systems.
Requirements:
  • We're looking for someone with a graduate, PhD, or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
  • Seek candidates with 5+ years ML Engineering experience, specializing in generative AI like LLMs.
  • Your strong Python and deep learning engineering skills, paired with experience in training and inferencing with PyTorch or TensorFlow, will be essential.
  • Familiarity with distillation, transformers, and diffusion models. Experience with generative image and video is a plus.
  • Knowledge of deployment technologies such as Docker, ML Ops, and ML services is valuable, and experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,700 -- $257,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
