Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to support our AP Director/Manager and assist the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities



  • Perform accurate accounts payable data entry using Read Soft OCR Software and Dynamics 365.
  • Audit and approve expense reports for accuracy.
  • Manage FM AP Mailbox & AP Invoice Mailbox.
  • Assist with vendor inquiries and payment issues.
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements.
  • Help prepare 1099 tax documentation.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
