Our Company The Adobe Business to Business (B2B) Solutions team is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. In this role you will build agentic systems to enhance Adobe's marketing products, ship AI-driven systems to production, and work closely with business and product teams. Your work will shape the future of our AI-driven innovations, enhancing user experiences and unlocking new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will focus on: * Creating innovative AI agents that enhance and extend our product ecosystem through automation and intelligence * Developing sophisticated agent frameworks that seamlessly integrate multiple AI technologies including LLMs and traditional ML * Building comprehensive testing methodologies to evaluate agent effectiveness, reliability, and alignment with objectives * Connecting existing systems with new agentic frameworks * Developing efficient prompt engineering strategies for large language model integration * Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders during development and productization of AI applications * Guiding junior team members, providing technical direction, and helping others grow their skills * Understanding how AI components interact within larger technical ecosystems and business processes Required Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field with 2-5 years of industry experience * Demonstrated experience with algorithm development and implementation * Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Huggingface, and modern programming languages * Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain * Experience with deep learning techniques and applications * Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design skills * Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques Preferred Qualifications * Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field with 2+ years of industry experience * Experience with large language models and generative AI applications * Familiarity with agent architectures, planning systems, or autonomous systems * Knowledge of machine learning operations and deployment strategies * Understanding of AI safety and alignment considerations * Background in large-scale data processing and analysis Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $142,700 -- $257,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
