Essential Job Duties
The primary purpose of this position is to provide financial and administrative support to the department. This role is responsible for the day to day activities that will include receiving, interpreting, and processing daily receipt of funds provided to the department. These funds may include donations as well as other income. Other duties may include pcard receipt review, formatting, and uploading into MyPackPortal, processing journal voucher entries in MyPackPortal, and creating new chartfield request entries in MyPackPortal, etc.

Requirements and Preferences


Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM (30-40 hours per week)
Other Work/Responsibilities
Other duties as needed.

Hybrid work schedule for the office is 3 days on site, 2 days at home. The UTS employee may be asked to serve on site more often in order to learn/train and may be asked to serve additional days on site depending on the scheduling/availability of other team members.
Minimum Experience/Education

  • Proficiency with financial systems

  • The position also requires delivering deposits approximately 2-3 hours per week to a designated location about 15 minutes away, following a routine schedule.
