Account Manager, Consumer Benefits Solutions

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Consumer Benefit Solutions Group. As an Account Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Client Services (DCS) and the position will either be based at our Lake Mary, FL location OR Virtual.

What the day will look like

The Account Manager (AM) position will be serving as a point of contact for all assigned clients. The AM is also responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between all internal and external project team members. The AM's time will vary from day to day based on current client, broker and carrier needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Project managing of assigned Enrollment Solutions deals
  • Working closely with Client Manager (CM) to understand all dynamics of client engagement
  • Creating content and independently lead the implementation call for Enrollment Solutions
  • Internally developing relevant delivery scope, ensuring timelines met and delivery on track (coordinates with technology, communications, the Enrollment Counselors, field, etc.)
  • Aligning closely with the Client Manager on content for weekly call agendas and items of customer concern
  • Defining the program governance controls
  • Planning the overall program, monitor progress and address any obstacles
  • Handling risks and issues and taking corrective measurements, discussing resource options with DCS
  • Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies inside and outside of the organization
  • Identifying and bringing together resources across projects
  • Develop and partner with vested parties in all communication
  • Aligning the results to the project's goals with the aid of the CM and DCS
  • Running the main project plan

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Two+ years of benefits experience, with a strong preference for Voluntary Benefits experience
  • Two+ years of project management experience
  • Client management experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication, plus organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $60,000 - $65,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The salary range will reflect the primary work location of where the person is hired]. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus of 10%] in addition to base salary.
