As a Senior Operations Coordinator, PathWays Support Services Liaison, you will serve as the single point of contact and specifically responsible for coordination with Adult Protective Services (APS), the Indiana Justice system, Member Support Services contractor, UHC Healthplan Partners, State Medicaid Partner and the Long-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsman, on the behalf of UHC PathWays Members. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective and strategic business solutions through research and analysis of associated data and business processes. You will also work collaboratively with functional area management and matrix partners to impose processes that ensure compliance with UHC and Indiana State contracts. The Senior Operations Coordinator, PathWays Support Services Liaison will work with health plan leadership and other internal and external partners to lead the identification of areas of opportunity, risk, and support alignment of processes, and ensure policy/procedure consistency across applicable areas. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
