Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Packaging division is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Augusta, GA box facility, with a focus on the converting side of operations.

This is more than a supervisory role, it's a change leadership opportunity. You'll join a facility that's already made significant strides in improvement and is positioned for continued investment and transformation.

This position is 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am).

What You Will Do

* Lead and support a corrugator operations team with a strong focus on safety, quality, and production goals

* Be a culture carrier - fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning

* Drive safety ownership by promoting proactive hazard identification and resolution

* Support employee growth through hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring

* Champion waste reduction, machine center optimization, and production excellence

* Collaborate cross-functionally to meet quality and delivery expectations

* Manage scheduling, performance feedback, issue resolution, and team engagement for hourly team members

* Play a key role in facility transformation efforts, contributing to a vision of operational excellence

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • One (1) year or more of supervising employees within a manufacturing, production, industrial OR military environment
  • Experience coaching and developing a team in a manufacturing or industrial environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience working in the corrugated packaging/containerboard industry
  • Experience working with KIWI or similar production systems
  • Knowledge of SQF or BRC standards and compliance
