Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Service Production Supervisor to lead calibration and repair operations supporting high-tech customers. Based in Roseville, California, this full-time position is responsible for supervising a team of technicians and/or engineers, delivering high-quality service while meeting customer commitments and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, strong people management skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead a multi-shift operation. A focus on operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily calibration and repair activities for a broad range of test and measurement equipment from multiple Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

  • Lead and support teams with a customer-focused approach, ensuring high standards in service delivery and technical quality.

  • Monitor and manage team performance against key metrics, including Ship-on-Time (SOT), Turnaround Time (TAT), and other service-related KPIs.

  • Drive productivity improvements, optimize gross margins, and implement cost-reduction initiatives.

  • Interpret and anticipate customer requirements to meet and exceed satisfaction targets.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international, regional, and industry standards, including ISO 17025, AS9100, and other Keysight-defined technical and quality requirements.

  • Develop team capability and capacity through training, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications

  1. Associate's degree in electronic technology / management discipline or equivalent or 5 + years relevant technical experience.
  2. Experience managing / leading a team.
  3. Practical experience and ability to solve complex problems requiring preventative maintenance techniques, equipment, and processes.
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, activities & deadlines successfully.
  5. Strong leadership skills biased toward communications, employee development, management-by-objectives and building relationships across organizations.
  6. Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma concepts to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  7. Have experience operating / maintaining / troubleshooting / repairing / calibrating measurement and test equipment.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent or 10 + years relevant technical experience required.
  2. Have 5+ years' experience managing a calibration and repair team for test and measurement equipment.
  3. Have 5+ years' experience operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and calibrating electronic precision measurement equipment and calibration standards.
  4. Practical experience using test and measurement equipment and ability to solve complex problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of repair, calibration, metrology principles, repair and preventative maintenance techniques equipment and processes.
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, activities & deadlines successfully.
  6. Detailed knowledge of metrology principles and measurement uncertainties.
  7. Strong leadership skills biased toward communications, employee development, management-by-objectives, and building relationships across organizations.
  8. Demonstrated effectiveness in communicating plans & objectives to a technical team.
  9. Functional experience in Six Sigma projects to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
