Job Details Leads the planning, development, management and delivery of learning and development virtualand classroom programs that support organizational goals and initiatives. Partners with leadership and stakeholders to create and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy. Responsible for enterprise-wide leadership and colleague development programs, including New Employee Orientation and onboarding. Essential Functions * Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. * Manages and develops a team of highly motivated staff accurately and timely. * Utilizes learning tools from existing learning ecosystem to architect instructor led learner experiences that are simple, intuitive, instructionally sound, and engaging that are aligned to business strategies. * Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the business and works closely with team members to provide guidance encompassing both classroom instructor led learning strategy and learning experience/design, resulting in a comprehensive, end user-centric learning solution. * Collaborates with management, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to identify learning and organizational development needs including training scope, requirement and resources needed. * Leads the design, development and implementation of classroom/virtual learning solutions that support organizational goals and priorities. * Establishes targets and benchmarks that measure the impact of learning programs on organizational and/or divisional performance. Regularly re-evaluates and improves learning programs to ensure that they reflect best practice, and to maximize individual and organizational effectiveness and ROI. *Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to support training initiatives. *Works with the L&OD team and SMEs to collaborate in the design and delivery of learning products. *Delivers instructor led training either face-to-face or virtually. *Creates and utilizes system analytics to develop improvements to the systems and measure how those improvements impact and improve end users experience. *Delivers innovative, high-quality training solutions on time, on budget and within scope. *Stays current with all relevant security/compliance issues and technology requirements. *Stays current with 21st century learning and development trends and practices and workplace learning strategies. *Provides consultation and expertise to business divisions, with a focus on learning practices. *Develops and delivers strategies and interventions to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. *Demonstrates strong relationship management, professional presence, leadership and collaboration skills with internal and external partners. *Addresses client's needs through the identification and implementation of appropriate L&OD products and services. *Serves as a trusted advisor that partners with a variety of individuals to secure insights and offer recommendations to execute on projects *Independently lead, shape, and implement process improvement efforts both with the team and across the organization. Possess the ability to lead others through change. *Oversee budgets for training and development activities, ensuring cost-effective delivery. Analytical thinking, effective communication skills, highly collaborative, self-motivated, engaging and motivates others, advanced organizational and time management skills, keen attention to detail; strong project management skills; ability to prioritize, resolve conflicts and manage a project plan. Handling multiple projects and balancing stakeholder requests simultaneously is critical. Success requires the individual to be a self-starter, skilled communicator, and dot-connector that is solution oriented, creative and customer focused. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Should be comfortable working within an ambiguous and complex environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity.
