Staffmark is looking for a motivated Customer Care Representative to join our Pooler team. We're dedicated to supporting your career growth and success in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $16-$20/hr (Depending on experience.)

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records
  • Provide product recommendations and assistance
  • Identify ways to improve the customer experience
  • Support administrative tasks as needed



Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
