*Job Title: *Service Desk Technician (Bilingual - Spanish)
*Location:* Onsite - Oshkosh, WI *Schedule:* Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM *Overview:* We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Technician to join a dynamic Help Desk team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain hands-on experience in a global enterprise environment. The position offers long-term potential, including the possibility of conversion to a permanent role or advancement into other areas of IT. *Key Responsibilities:* * Provide first-level support for end-user issues via phone, email, and chat. * Log and monitor incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing system. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to supported software and computing platforms. * Escalate complex issues to appropriate support groups and follow up to ensure resolution. * Adhere to established corporate policies, procedures, and service standards. * Strive for first-call resolution by analyzing and identifying probable causes of issues. * Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support. *Qualifications:* * Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and listening skills. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. * Experience with O365 and Active Directory is preferred. * Previous experience in a service desk or IT support role within an enterprise environment is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Why This Role?* * Ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT support. * Gain valuable experience in a structured, enterprise-level environment. * Be part of a growing team with a clear path for career development. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
