Anaplan is looking for a GTM Business Process Senior Manager who will play a leading role in developing critical sales and other GTM processes and procedures that will enable Anaplan's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Business Excellence, you will be responsible for owning the high transparency process re-engineering initiatives across the entire Anaplan GTM organization. You will interact and collaborate with senior team members across the world and in all our GTM functions, with significant exposure across the organization, driving various top- and bottom-line programs as we shift Anaplan to a more global, scalable, and agile operating model. Starting from the GTM strategy, as defined by our corporate leadership team, and supported by the Sr. Director, Global Business Excellence, the GTM Business Process Senior Manager will translate GTM strategies, goals, and objectives into clear and efficient business processes, write detailed requirements for our systems and IT teams, develop training and enablement materials in collaboration with our Enablement team, hold training sessions, and collaborate with senior leaders on adoption and on-going optimization.
