National Grid is hiring a Lead Community Solutions Account Managers based in MA. This is a Hybrid Role - Must live within a commutable distance to our locations Job Purpose
Community Solutions Account Managers are focused on creating and implementing strategic energy plans with the company's most strategic accounts in the communities we serve. These plans may include customized energy efficiency and electrification solutions, demand response, emerging technologies. This role will manage the cadence of the account plans by collaborating with the Sales, Corporate affairs and Connections teams on project development activities and manage the customer relationship in the context of growth planning and carbon reduction. Working as a single point of contact to our communities to help them best navigate all programs. This is a field-based individual-contributor position. Key Accountabilities
