Purpose of Role
A DSR in an Order-Taking Call Center is responsible for the entry of channel partner orders.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Contribute to customer satisfaction and Yamaha's brand strength
* Understand how their contribution supports achievement of monthly sales budget, resulting in a
positive influence on the corporate bottom line
* Support Channel Partner retention to maintain customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
* Support inbound calls (including assigned queue) with focus on Department Call Metrics
* Ensure resolution of requests

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Process order management transactions
* Account reconciliation for sales channel partners
* Answer inbound calls (including assigned queue)
* Work with internal stakeholders to complete work
* Support order allocation through manual allocation

Qualifications
Ideal
* Experience in Microsoft Office suite
* Experience with order processing in Customer Service/Support environment

Preferred
* Experience in call center environment
* Experience working within a cross-functional, matrixed environment
* Salesforce experience
* ERP System experience

Compensation:



  • The hiring range for this role is $19.00 - $23.00/hour + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
  • Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
