We are looking for an energetic and driven Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for our API Design and Anypoint Exchange product areas - both playing a vital role in the end-to-end API lifecycle management. In this role, you will build and launch features that will delight API developers and consumers to best utilize MuleSoft Anypoint platform's broader developer experiences, to build cutting-edge innovations.

What you'll do:

  • Define, own, and execute the comprehensive product strategy for MuleSoft's API Design and collaboration product line.

  • Proactively identify and prioritize product improvements by synthesizing customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, ensuring a continuous cycle of innovation.

  • Partner closely with engineering and UX designers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features against the prioritized roadmap.

  • Collaborate strategically with marketing, sales, customer success and content experience teams to develop and execute compelling narratives, customer stories, and documentation that drives continuous developer productivity improvements & faster roll outs of integration projects.

  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with MuleSoft developers and customers, ensuring faster and successful adoption by providing adequate product support.

What you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in an API or developer centric platform.

  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Application connectivity, API standards and Integration patterns such as REST, SOAP and gRPC.

  • Demonstrated experience to work cross-functionally and build strong, influential relationships with team members across engineering, UX, sales and support.

  • Prior experience with iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint platform would be a plus.

  • Ability to translate complex market needs into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmap.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,000 to $253,000. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $200,800 to $276,100.
