Deep understanding of the social landscape, including platform updates, emerging trends, and consumer and behavioral insights
Quick learner and self-starter with excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills and strong attention to detail
Data-driven decision-maker who leverages audience insights, platform trends, content performance benchmarks, and social listening
Skilled at organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with extensive cross-functional collaboration and flexibility to support weekends as needed
Responsibilities
Optimize, streamline, and support the daily operations of the music platform's social marketing program
Build and manage custom, trackable links for owned and earned social content
Support quality assurance, scheduling, and publishing of posts across owned social channels
Facilitate asset management across conception, production, approval, and distribution
Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources, including platform best practices, guidelines, case studies, and security protocols
Manage team equipment needs and orders

- This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires onsite work
- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $34.79 - $44.79 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
