Regional Operations Manager - remote! You must be based in Jacksonville, Tampa, or Miami, FL, to be considered.

Your Day in Action
  • Start your morning collaborating with Chief Engineers to resolve critical system challenges
  • Lead a team huddle to align priorities and empower your engineering professionals
  • Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements
  • Meet with client stakeholders to present innovative engineering solutions
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate system performance and compliance standards
  • Analyze energy consumption data to implement sustainable optimization strategies
  • Mentor team members and develop their technical and leadership capabilities
  • Coordinate with vendors on specialized maintenance and emergency response protocols
  • Troubleshoot complex building systems issues requiring expert-level knowledge
  • Drive technological integration projects that enhance building performance

Pay $110,100-159,600 depending on experience, with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with on-call 24/7 for emergency responses.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

110,100.00 - 159,600.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
