Your Day in Action Start your morning collaborating with Chief Engineers to resolve critical system challenges Lead a team huddle to align priorities and empower your engineering professionals Review performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements Meet with client stakeholders to present innovative engineering solutions Conduct site inspections to evaluate system performance and compliance standards Analyze energy consumption data to implement sustainable optimization strategies Mentor team members and develop their technical and leadership capabilities Coordinate with vendors on specialized maintenance and emergency response protocols Troubleshoot complex building systems issues requiring expert-level knowledge Drive technological integration projects that enhance building performance Who Should Apply Engineering or technical degree holder with comprehensive building systems expertise Strategic leader with 10+ years managing complex building environments People developer who has built and led high-performing teams for 5+ years Tech-savvy professional comfortable with Building Management Systems and data analysis Process improvement specialist with proven innovation implementation success Financial acumen holder who understands building operations cost implications Compliance expert knowledgeable in OSHA and relevant regulatory requirements Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts to various audiences Collaborative partner skilled at working across departments and with executives Forward-thinker passionate about sustainability and building technology evolution Pay $110,100-159,600 depending on experience, with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary. Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift with on-call 24/7 for emergency responses.
