Reporting to the Regional Travel Optimization Manager, the Travel Service Manager (TSM) supports the delivery of exceptional travel experiences for Amazon employees. The role focuses on providing superior customer service, operational support, basic data analysis, and assists in implementing travel program improvements to enhance the traveler journey.

Key Details:

  • Schedule is on-site, Monday-Friday
  • Any parking expenses are not covered by JLL

Responsibilities include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate travel or hospitality customer service, or related field Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Basic analytical skills, assisting in data analysis and technical ticket monitoring
  • Foundational knowledge of corporate travel processes and self-booking tools
  • Basic project coordination skills including timeline tracking and stakeholder communication
  • Support of travel program and customer relationships with minimal manager guidance
  • Customer service expertise with strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project Management acumen including planning, managing scheduled timelines, stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Secondary language proficiency, both written and voice, a plus
  • Critical and Lateral thinking skills

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support local stakeholders by providing operational assistance
  • Assist in travel technology implementations
  • Help maintain documentation of traveler journeys and processes
  • Support data collection for Know Your Customer initiatives

Key Performance Measures

  • Alignment with global goals; Customer obsession, improve traveler experience via increased Net Promoter Scores and self-booking adoption growth

Skills

  • Attention to detail in customer service delivery
  • Basic project coordination capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data entry and analysis capabilities
  • Willingness to self-learn, and expand role
  • Innovative thinking and bias for action with a strong focus on quality assurance and attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaborate in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of travel industry and corporate travel processes
  • Experience in customer service or travel operations
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quality focus
  • Effective team collaboration abilities
