About the role

The Growth and Analytics team is responsible for delivering accurate data on business performance & actionable insights to partners across Auctane's products and external partners. These responsibilities are delivered through the definition & refinement of the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), measuring performance against these goals, and recommending actions to drive improved performance. The Growth and Analytics team partners with stakeholders from across the business to guide strategic planning and decisions through the use of external market research and trends from the analysis of internal data.

This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and is located in Austin, Texas.

Travel Requirements: No travel required.

What will you be doing?



  • Embed with product teams as a trusted partner, uncovering new ways to improve the product and drive growth
  • Support a data-driven product development culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalizing of user product analytics tied to company-level metrics
  • Create easy-to-interpret analysis and visuals, summarizing actionable findings in detail and engaging stakeholders enough to consider your data-backed insights


What are we looking for?



  • 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role, ideally as a product analyst at an enterprise software company or strategic insights organization
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize data workflows for analytical use cases
  • A solid, demonstrable understanding of Google's Cloud Platform, Customer Data Platforms (Segment), and Looker LookML
  • Experience working at a SaaS company, with a strong understanding of subscription metrics, user lifecycle analysis, and product-led growth strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to communicate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders alike

  • Defined, implemented, and operationalized new feature and product-level metrics from scratch
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments, including A/B testing, with a strong foundation in statistical inference and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decision making
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and distill findings into actionable insights
  • An ability to make progress at a fast pace, carrying others along with you in an environment with multiple opinionated stakeholders
