Could you be the VIE - Quality System Manager we're looking for?

Your future role

Deployment of Alstom Policy and Quality Management System on site:



  • To Coordinate Alstom and Region Line processes and method & tools local deployment, together with local "Quality metiers" functions
  • To ensure Process governance, Risk and Opportunity management with site interested parties
  • To Provide local teams with effective support (training, day-to-day coaching) as for process application
  • To Ensure Quality Management System documentation is properly managed, updated, communicated
  • To Keep informed the site management team about the status of processes deployment / implementation / results



Compliance of site QMS:



  • To Ensure site QMS conformance with Alstom and Region QMS, Customer standards and ISO9001/IRIS requirements/CMMI/ECM...
  • To Enhance the assessment of QMS effectiveness through Internal audit organization
  • To Issue yearly internal audit planning (including workstation audits) and monitors/controls its achievement
  • To Prepare, follow, and analyze QMS assessments achieved by certification bodies and main customers. Communicate about QMS improvement actions, through Quality network (site "Quality metiers" functions)
  • To Ensure "Problem Solving Tool" action plan management, following findings list issued after system audits
  • To ensure organization and consolidation results of Process Reviews, and site Quality Management Review
  • With effective organization of internal and external audits and management of action plans resulting from them (actual progress consistent with closing deadlines)



Performance measurements:



  1. Respect of yearly Quality System event deadlines (process reviews, QMR, internal audits),
  2. Effective management of action plans resulting from external or internal audits (actual progress consistent with closing deadlines)
  3. Compliance of the Site Management System with the AT/PL requirements and other local requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience or understanding of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM)
  • Knowledge of internal and external audit processes
  • Familiarity with problem-solving tools and methodologies
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to provide training and coaching to diverse teams
