Position Summary: The Audiology Clinic Manager performs advanced audiological diagnosis, case coordination, and treatment for a wide variety of pediatric patients, including those with complex and multi-handicapped conditions. This role provides clinical supervision, serves as a mentor to audiology staff, and manages the day-to-day operations of the Audiology Clinic. Responsibilities include oversight of scheduling, patient flow, quality improvement initiatives, equipment management, and contributing to key personnel decisions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotion.
