Position Summary: Manages the operations of the Respiratory Care Department. Provides direction and assistance to subordinate staff in both clinical and supervisory roles. Evaluates the scope of service to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and consistency with current professional standards. Develops and evaluates policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines. Implements and monitors quality assurance and performance improvement programs to ensure compliance, track progress, and enhance clinical practice. Oversees orientation and training programs that promote safe, high-quality clinical care and support ongoing staff development. Key Responsibilities:
