We are seeking a logical and results-focused Foundry Manager to join the Hensley Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring Safety across all melt and molding operations.
  • Responsible for achieving Quality goals and leading projects to improve Quality.
  • Responsible for meeting monthly business plan production targets.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure that business plans are being met.
  • Track and manage costs to ensure adherence to financial goals and targets are being met.
  • Lead, appoint, coordinate and oversee Teams to improve Safety, Environmental, Quality, Costs and Distribution of all Melt & Molding processes.
  • Inspect and monitor incoming scrap supplies for specification adherence.
  • Monitor melt lab results to validate proper chemistries are being met.

Must know and comply with the Komatsu Worldwide Code of Business Conduct, KAC code of Conduct, Hensley Environment Policies, Hensley Safety Policies, and Hensley Quality Policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
  • 3+ years of management and supervisory experience
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in the Steel foundry industry preferred.
  • Computer literate. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
