Schedule: For now, 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday, then will move to 3rd shift Pay Rate: $25.75 - $35.00/hr. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on equipment such as conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage/retrieval systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical or electrical issues and plan corrective actions. Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of malfunctions involving sensors, motors, belts, rollers, and related components. Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders, log activities, and maintain inventory. Read and interpret schematics for motor control circuits and diagnose/repair system issues to minimize downtime. Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and OSHA standards, while maintaining clean facilities. Qualifications: Must have 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
