Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday Responsibilities: Manage payroll, billing, and accounts payable Maintain attendance and vacation records for hourly employees Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations Review driver logs, assist with incident response, and conduct safety trainings and orientations Facilitate or support safety meetings; serve as the primary contact for collisions and workplace incidents Coordinate driver dispatch and routing, maintaining real-time communication and proper documentation Respond to customer inquiries, escalate issues when needed, and act as a liaison between staff and management Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership Manage expenses, inventory of supplies and uniforms, and oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) functions Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and general safety compliance Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why You'll Love This Job: We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
