Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Responsibilities:



  • Manage payroll, billing, and accounts payable
  • Maintain attendance and vacation records for hourly employees
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations
  • Review driver logs, assist with incident response, and conduct safety trainings and orientations
  • Facilitate or support safety meetings; serve as the primary contact for collisions and workplace incidents
  • Coordinate driver dispatch and routing, maintaining real-time communication and proper documentation
  • Respond to customer inquiries, escalate issues when needed, and act as a liaison between staff and management
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership
  • Manage expenses, inventory of supplies and uniforms, and oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) functions



Qualifications:



  • 1-3 years of experience in transportation, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and general safety compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
