Job Summary BASIC FUNCTION:

This position is responsible for planning, managing and controlling the activities of an analytics team that provides business intelligence support for Medical Drug; oversee analytic solutions that support Medical Drug, including preferred drug strategies, provider/facility reimbursements, site of care and clinical solutions; oversee analysis that tracks financial, operational, sales, and stakeholder impact from Medical Drug initiatives; leading initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources; bringing expertise or identifying subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans based on data analysis; providing data-based strategic direction to identify, address, and advise on business issues and opportunities; ensuring that policies and procedures align with corporate vision; selecting, developing and evaluating personnel, ensuring efficient operation of the function.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years' experience.
  • 7 years' experience interfacing with internal stakeholder and/or external clients.
  • 7 years' experience conducting data analysis and reporting relating to healthcare data.
  • 4 years leadership experience including at least 2 years in a managerial position with HR Administrative responsibilities.
  • Experience of Healthcare benefits, claims, terminology, and concepts and insurance economies.
  • Experience of quantitative and qualitative standards and measures and statistical measures and concepts.
  • Influence, negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including executive level presentation skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft 365 applications, SQL, Tableau, or other analytical tools.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced degree with focus on Analytics, Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, or Finance.
  • Professional designation such as Managed Healthcare Professional (MHP).
  • Experience with health plan or pharmacy reimbursement/economics (e.g., health plan network/contracting or pharmacy contracting).
  • Experience in financial modeling.

Our flexible environment offers 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
