Position Summary

The Clinical Operations Assistant performs a variety of reporting, data entry and administrative support for the Clinical Operations Department. This position will involve interface with primary care teams and CCA

contracted vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Input and maintain a variety of data bases and spreadsheets
  • Participate in data collection for reporting purposes
  • Entering Inpatient data; ensuring admission and discharge dates are accurate and entered timely
  • Performs a QC of data on the MDS and enters the MDS data into Mass Health online.
  • Creation/distribution of reports - Interface with Primary Care Locations
  • Creation /distribution of letters to vendors
  • Assists with resolving Personal Care Attendant issues
  • Assist with trainings and presentations
  • Support special program staff with administrative needs
  • Offer recommendations for improvements in office practices and process flow as identified
  • Sorting and organizing information
  • Photocopying, filing and shredding
  • May provide support to other departments, as needed

Qualifications

Required (must have)

Education

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience

Indicating a range and type of experience is okay.

  • 2+ years

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive
  • Ability to complete tasks in an organized fashion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
