Business Systems Analyst III
Summary:
The Workflow and Solutions Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing CRM-based solutions tailored to business requirements. This role involves building integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer engagement initiatives through workflow and design tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in the IT industry
3+ years of experience crafting technical solutions from business requirements
Hands-on experience with workflow development or design tools for functional design creation
Experience with marketing campaign creation using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Strong understanding of business strategy with the ability to align technical solutions
Working knowledge of JavaScript and ability to perform minor code updates
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
Effective communication skills for translating technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Proactive in providing regular status updates to stakeholders
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement workflow-based solutions using CRM tools
Design and manage marketing campaigns integrated with multiple data sources to support on-device customer communication
Collaborate with product teams to introduce new features and improvements
Communicate technical ideas and solutions clearly across teams and stakeholders
Apply creative thinking and innovation in addressing technical challenges
Handle multiple concurrent projects effectively
Coordinate with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Work closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, product, analytics, and engineering
Remain flexible and responsive to evolving technologies and business requirements

- This opportunity is remote, but candidates must be local to Austin, TX, Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA.
- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $68.49 - $78.38 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
