SITE Staffing is recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor for a client in Milwaukee, WI. This is a direct hire position, 2nd shift. The ideal shift is from 3pm-1:30am, Monday - Thursday, regular voluntary over time is available and NO WEEKENDS. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise and schedule daily activities of the maintenance team Oversee routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of machinery, equipment and facility systems Monitor and manage maintenance logs, work orders and preventive maintenance schedules Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety regulations, and company policies Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan maintenance around operational needs Train and mentor maintenance staff on technical skills and safety procedures Maintain inventory of tools, parts and supplies; coordinate with vendors when necessary Report equipment failures and major issues to upper management promptly Support continuous improvement efforts in plant reliability and maintenance process Requirements Proven Experience (5+ years) in industrial maintenance, preferably in a production Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Previous supervisory or team lead experience required Familiarity with production machinery, electrical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work in various environments, and respond to after-hours emergencies if required
