What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare wood-fired pizzas, fresh ingredients, and other menu items with consistency and quality

• Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specs set by the culinary team

• Maintain a clean and organized station in accordance with health and safety guidelines

• Communicate clearly with front- and back-of-house team members during service

• Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving product

• Support private events, pop-ups, and special menus as needed

• Work quickly and calmly under pressure in a fast-paced, open kitchen

What We're Looking For:

• Prior kitchen experience preferred, especially in high-volume or fast-casual concepts

• Familiarity with pizza ovens or wood-fired cooking a plus

• Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes and direction

• A team player with a strong work ethic and a great attitude

• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for food, creativity, and consistency
