Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analyticalBusiness Analystto support our product strategy and customer teams. In this role, you will gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that help customers recognize full value in our platform and shape product decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings align with customer needs and organizational goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to implement new customers. Tasks include initial historical data analysis, data scrubbing & mapping, review & analysis of filtered data, analysis of initial machine-learning pricing model results and presentations of findings to customers.

• Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business operations to support data-driven decision-making.

• Work with product and customer success teams to define key performance indicators and track progress against goals.

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product planning and positioning.

• Translate business needs into clear requirements and support the development of new features or process improvements.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Assist in evaluating the impact of product changes and business initiatives.

• Provide the engineering and data science organization with business insights and expertise related to transportation and pricing best practices.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

Skills & Abilities Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and machine learning explanations in a clear and concise manner to varying audience members.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.

• Experience with customer research or user feedback analysis.

• Understanding of product development processes or Agile methodologies.
