Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in San Francisco, California. Managing projects and product feature roadmap to ensure alignment of resources, plans, and budget to execute. Leveraging subject matter expertise knowledge of payment processing, liquidity management and industry regulations. Analyzing complex problems, systems, data, and metrics to lead business initiatives, partnering with product experts by utilizing proficient knowledge of several technologies and environments. Accounting for several project components, including developing project plans and working directly with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to track and drive completion of initiatives. Designing business initiative roadmaps documents and coordinating with stakeholders to provide options to choose from. Managing firmwide committee approvals across multiple stakeholder groups and ensure product launch readiness runs smoothly. Ensuring the effective implementation of applications, as well as integration of new applications in existing and new systems or dashboards. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business area, applications supported and the role of applications systems solutions to analyze and advise stakeholders accordingly as a central point of contact for business initiatives. Maintaining a repository of firmwide committee approved divisional product documents including dates tracking and a document library used across the organization. Management of ongoing constraints imposed on the business across the product set, and a process to ensure adherence to the constraints across the business. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include: managing projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, owning deadlines, and writing and drafting technical documents; utilizing project management software and tools including Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SharePoint, and Crystal Reports to track projects, design and publish management reports; developing project documents in various formats (such as Word documents, presentations, or spreadsheets) and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders; implementing software using the agile scrum methodology; and providing input into senior management reporting to inform business decision making.
