What success looks like in this role: *Provides global workforce planning support within a designated functional or operational area.*Works with supported managers / teams to create and manage associate schedules, ensuring adequate coverage while minimizing over- or under-staffing. *Utilizes historical / actual data and trends to forecast future staffing needs, considering factors such as seasonality, sales projections and business metrics. *Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level agreements, average handle time and schedule adherence, identifying issues / potential issues and recommending steps for improvement. *Addresses issues and resolves challenges related to scheduling conflicts and staffing shortages. *Assists with capacity planning and related efforts, helping forecast future staffing needs based on business projections, market trends and historical data. *Maintains and analyzes actual versus forecasted staffing needs, recommending changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. *Collaborates with Human Resources (HR), operations, Finance & Accounting and Information Technology (IT) to ensure alignment of workforce related activities. *Ensures adherence to Unisys and industry standard global workforce planning and estimation standards and other requirements.
