We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Military Sexual Harassment Prevention/Assault Prevention, to support our customer at Patrick Space Force Base, in Satellite Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties and meet the following qualifications. Duties:

Key Expertise Areas: * Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) Instructions and Directives relating to Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Prevention * Knowledge of training and education techniques to prepare, implement, and deliver sexual assault/sexual harassment training. * Knowledge of the reporting procedures for a Sexual Harassment complaint * Knowledge of the reporting procedures for a Sexual Assault and resources to support victim assistance * Experience with sexual assault prevention and response, and related topics (e.g., information and support during administrative, medical, investigative, and legal procedures) * Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to policy, not limited to the following: o DoD Instruction 6400.11, Section 4 o DoD Actions and Implementation to Address Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment in the Military o Memo Directing Immediate Actions to Counter Sexual Assault and Harassment * Experience supporting the development/review of training curricula and instructional materials preferred * Familiarity with relevant Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute and Sexual Assault PR course materials preferred * Experience with web-based courseware development and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desired but not required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
